Comedy at the Playhouse
The Cayman Drama Society presents the comedy "Accommodations" at the Prospect Playhouse for three weekends only, starting 15 November.

The play is set in a tiny,
two-room apartment in New York City shared by three new roommates. Pat, Lee and Tracy are about to meet for the first time. Pat is expecting two other women to move in with her, but due to a mix-up at the roommate agency, Tracy turns out to be a guy.

Pat is not too upset with the agency's error as she immediately falls in love with Tracy, who in turn is attracted to Lee.

To complicate matters further, Lee has just left her husband, Bob, who unexpectedly shows up at the apartment and tries to convince her to come back
home to cook his meals and pick up his socks.

"Accommodations" uses funny, fast-paced dialogue, and hilarious physical comedy to explore the quirky nature of relationships between inevitably imperfect people. Given human frailties, it ultimately becomes apparent that no relationship can flourish unless both partners are prepared to make some "accommodations".

This three-act comedy was written by Nick Hall and features Wendy Moore, Kevin Redfern, Vanessa Hansen and Tim Kelly. It is directed by Malcolm Ellis
and produced by Penny Phillips.

More information is available at the Cayman Drama Society web site at www.caymandrama.org.ky.

"Accommodations" will be performed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings during three consecutive weeks from 15 November through 1 December. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm.

The Prospect Playhouse is located on Red Bay Road, next to the Lighthouse School and opposite Red Bay Plaza. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children. For tickets, call 949-5054.
