Described as a comedy thriller, it runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday, for three weekends, with a Wednesday show on 23 November.
The plot of the play by Edward Taylor involves two men who have had a successful partnership writing television scripts.
One man, Harold Kent, has become dissatisfied with the partner. ship and wants to dissolve his association with the other, Paul Riggs. Paul, however, knows he would not survive without Harold and threatens to blackmail him if the partnership is ended.
In order to escape this impasse, Harold conspires with his wife to kill Paul, using a plot from a projected script as his inspiration.
The play stars Doug Tardif as Harold, Peter Riley as Paul, Jackie Powell Marsden as Harold's wife, Emma, and Rosemary Hansbury as the Police Inspector.
Director Colin Wilson promises that laughs, twists and thrills will abound in this "ingenious thriller" which had a long run in London's West End. "The moment I read it, I knew I had to do it," Colin enthused during a technical rehearsal this week.
Tickets are $12.50, with Thursday dinner theatre $25.
