Tension builds as the light, half-hearted conversation turns into one of ominous concern as lights go out, red wine turns to blood, and one character is obsessed with an eerie song she has never heard before.
According to Don Kissom, the play is "as unpredictable as it is absorbing... (and) a moving ghost story in the mould of television's 'Night Gallery' and 'The Twilight Zone". However, he added, the play is not a stage version of the popular horror film "The Exorcist". The production opens at the Prospect Playhouse on Thursday 24 June, at 8p.m. On this night tickets are $25 and there will be an open bar and snacks available.
The play can also be seen on 25 and 26 June, and 1 to 3 July, at $12 a ticket.
