The Kiwanis Club of Grand Cayman held elections last month for the term of office commencing 1 October 1990. Elected as president is Dexter Rivers, President-elect - Steve Smith, Vice President - Roger Bodden, Treasurer - Ray Shaver, Immediate Past President - Paul de Freitas and Directors - Chris Bain, Ernest Foster, Sandy Perry, Doug Rollings, Ray Shaver, Frank Banks, Val Lichtenstein, King McCord, Balan Murugesu, and Dr. Bob Book.

The Kiwanis major projects for the year are the annual Kiwanis play, "Look No Hans!", a comedy by John Chapman and Michael Pertwee; the opening of "Grafitti" - a disco for teenagers to be held every Saturday night at the small theatre, Harquail Centre; and the fourth annual Kiwanis Golf Tournament.
