Some where along the way Santa's chair got broken, but that didn't stop the jolly old man from hoisting eager and not so eager boys and girls onto his knee. Then it was on to North Side and Bodden Town, with a final stop at South Sound Community Centre, where the Kiwaniannes were hosting a party for foster children.
In addition, Kiwanis donated 100 gifts for distribution by district clinic nurses. A club spokesman expressed special thanks to donors who made the annual project possible, and to members Dexter Rivers, Bill Allen and Bolan Murugesu for their pivotal roles.
