It's summer time, when theatre is normally in the doldrums, but CDS at the Victory is going strong. This weekend and next are the last two chances to see the current Cayman Drama Society presentation "Two Plus Food".

The Friday and Saturday events provide a pair of comedies, directed by Penny Phillips, along with dinner, in the intimate setting of the Victory Theatre above the Lord Nelson Pub.

Director Penny Phillips stresses that the current CDS outing is strongly fun-oriented.

"These are, pure and simple, two comedies," said director Phillips.

The evening of theatre includes a number of hijinks including conniving burglars, marital relations, couples on holiday and baby problems in the wee hours.

Tickets are $25 per person, dinner included, and they can be obtained from the Lord Nelson or from Phillips Electrical.
