Although disappointed with the "poor" support shown in the number of audience the youth wing of the Cayman Drama Society went on with the show last week at the Harquail Theatre with "Some EnchantedEvening". According to Mr. Bob Drennan, Cayman Islands High School drama teacher, the youth wing comprising mainly of Caymanian students were involved in all aspects of "Some Enchanted Evening" and stagedwhathetermedtobe a exceptional production.

The play highlights a short span of a young man's life when a true love is denied him which leads to his trying to take his life.

Although it sounds depressing it is not at all, explained Cayman Drama Society member, Colin Wilson who explained that the play fitted well in the society's "Two plus Two" comedy extravaganza.

Lighting, stage and direction were all under the control of the members of the drama youth wing who were supervised by Bob Drennan. "Some Enchanted Evening" was the first production to be put on by the youth wing explained Mr. Drennan who said the hope behind the new section of the society was to ensure continued activity in dramatics after students had left school.
