With reference to your article entitled "The Growing Dilema of Two Drama Companies" which appeared in your edition of the Caymanian Compass dated 7 March 1980, we would like to acquaint you with the following factual information which was, in fact, published in the Cayman Times' edition of the same date.

The opening date of March 13 for the Inn Theatre Company's production of "Guys and Dolls" was agreed some months ago, their season of productions having to be arranged well in advance to fit in with the Royal Palms Hotel's arrangements and programmes, this being their place of venue.

The Cayman Drama Society's venue is, at present, the George Town Town Hall, which has to serve a variety of organisations; the only dates the hall was available to them for their current production "Don't Just Lie There Say Something" were the three weekends commencing Thursday 13 March.

Yours sincerely, PENNY PHILLIPS

Chairman Cayman Drama Society DAPHNE ROBINSON Chairman- Board of Directors

Inn Theatre Company.
