All types of dancing will be covered, from primitive to semi-classical steps including the modern twists as well. Mrs. Dredge, who is qualified to teach both classical ballet and modern dance, says the sessions are not primarily for trained dancers, although they are welcome, but for the enthusiasticdancelover who wants to get some exercise and have fun at the same time.
All profits from the hour and ahalf, ten class course, which will cost $30, is earmarked for the Cayman Drama Society Building Fund.
Registration will take place on Monday, 11 February at 7.45 p.m. at the Catholic School and dancing will commence the same evening at 8.00 p.m.
Students are requested to wear slacks, shorts, tights, or leotards for the classes.
