The amateur actors of Cayman Drama Society turn in anything but an amateur performance at the Society current production, "One for the Pot," at the Town Hall in George Town. Written by Ray Conney and Tony Hilton, the English farce was produced and ably directed locally by Keith Ball. Under Mr. Ball's direction, the "seasoned" cast delivered what must be termed as startling entertainment keeping the appreciative audience rolling in the aisles.

The comedy, which runs through Saturday night, is king pinned by the very capable Nick Press as "Hickory Wood." Mr. Press rises to the challenge of the role with a fantastic display of acting talent.

Mr. Press is admirably supported by Peter Michael Webber, LL.B., who portrays "Charlie Barnet", Hickory Wood's greedy would-be solicitor. Copping the spotlight, however, is the great character role of "Jugg", the butler, played by thespian, Roderick Donaldson. Mr. Donaldson's performance of the role is without reservation one of the funniest portrayals of an English butler this writer has seen on stage or screen.
